How It Works
1. Please contact us first at 630-352-7640 so we can determine whether your VFD qualifies for a trade-in. If it does, we will provide you with a form to complete.
You will complete the online form with:
Brand & model
HP/kW rating
Age/condition
Application type (pump, fan, conveyor, etc.)
Our team will evaluate your unit and determine your trade-in credit.
2. Receive a Trade-In Value Quote
You will receive a no-obligation quote that includes:
Estimated trade-in credit
Recommended replacement VFD options
Lead time and shipping details
Credits typically range from $100 to $20,000+, depending on size and condition.
3. Send Us Your Old VFD
Once you approve the quote, we provide:
Prepaid shipping label or freight instructions
Packaging guidelines (or optional on-site pickup for large drives)
4. Apply Credit Toward Your New VFD
After your old drive is received and inspected:
Your trade-in credit is applied to your new VFD purchase
Drives ship within standard lead times
Optional startup & programming services available
Program Terms & Conditions
-Trade-in credit is applied only to the purchase of a new VFD from our store.
-Drives must be complete and not physically destroyed (normal wear accepted).
-Evaluation quote is valid for 30 days.
-Customer is responsible for packaging the unit securely for shipment.
-Credit value may be adjusted after final inspection.
