Purchasing items from fundamental technologies is very simple. Find the items you like, add them to the cart and check out. During checkout, you will be asked for some personal information like, name, address, email, phone number, credit card number, etc.… This information will help us to process and ship your order. If something looks unclear to us we will contact you through the information you provided to us. This will help us to provide top quality service to you and keep you satisfied. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Return Policy
Fundamental Technologies will accept items that are defected from the factory or not as described in the description. Shipping package needs to be fully inspected during arrival and before signing anything. If the package is damaged ask the delivery person to open the package to inspect the item. If the item is damaged, refuse to accept the package and don’t sign for it. If the item is in good condition and only the package is damaged, then you could sign and by your signature write damaged.
If you decided that you don’t need the item or if you order it by mistake, you have 10 days to return the item from the day it was purchased. Item needs to be in original packaging, not used and with everything it came with including: manuals, brochures, cd , ect..
Return needs to be authorized by Fundamental Technologies before sending it back. There is a 30% restocking fee plus Buyer pays for shipping.
Warranty for the item
All new items come with factory warranty. If the item was installed and programed correctly and it failed after running some time, it is covered by factory warranty. Warranty information could be found on manufactures website. All LS drives come with a 4 year warranty if they programmed and inspected by Fundamental Technologies after installation.
